The upper surface of the curved impeller body of JBQ series hyperbolic mixer is a hyperbolic structure formed by the hyperbolic generatrix rotating around the impeller body axis. Its unique impeller structure design maximizes the combination of fluid characteristics and mechanical motion. The hyperbolic equation is a curved surface formed by xy=b curve rotating along y axis; In order to cater to the flow of water, the inlet water is designed from the center of impeller, which on the one hand reduces the inlet turbulence, on the other hand, ensures the uniform pressure of liquid on the impeller surface, so as to ensure the balance of the whole machine in motion. Six to eight guide vanes are evenly distributed on the involute double arc surface. The potential energy obtained by supplementing the water with the liquid gravity pressure forms the kinetic energy with the centrifugal force generated when the impeller rotates. Under the action of gravity acceleration, the liquid moves tangentially along the impeller circumference through the hyperbolic structure transition. Under the reflection of the pool wall, it forms the top-down circulating water flow. Therefore, the intersecting water flow in the axial (y) and radial (x) directions can be obtained (such as the double-surface flow regime diagram).
It is precisely because of the structural characteristics of JBQ series hyperbolic mixer impeller and the characteristics of being installed close to the bottom of the pool, its working position determines that it has a direct anti-settlement effect on suspended solids, which can achieve ideal mixing effect in work and effectively eliminate the mixing blind angle. JBQ series hyperbolic mixer is composed of driving device, hyperbolic impeller body and installation accessories. In order to meet the use of users under different working conditions, the installation is divided into dry type (also known as vertical shaft type) and submersible type. Dry installation: fix the driving device on the working axle and transmit the kinetic energy to the impeller component in the medium through the transmission shaft. It is used in the liquid with high solid content, high water temperature and abrasive properties. As the impeller has the function of automatic deviation correction, it operates stably and the reducer noise is less than 60 dB. Submersible installation: the bridge can be removed, the submersible power is used, the equipment self-weight is used for positioning, the installation is flexible and convenient, applicable to the water body with deep water depth, stable water quality, no abrasion, and the water temperature is not more than 40ºC,PH value of 6~9, characterized by no noise and no visual barrier.
