Prefabrication pump station, also known as integrated prefabrication pump station, is divided into lift pump station and sewage treatment pump station. Its function is to collect rainwater and sewage from urban pipelines. After being mixed with sludge and large impurities through fences and centrifugal pumps, the sewage can be quickly transported to the sewage treatment plant without blocking. Solve the problem that the pipeline water cannot flow from the ground to the highland due to the terrain and the low-lying land in the city is easy to accumulate water and waterlogged. It is used to improve and convey the sewage volume, characterized by integration, intelligence, energy conservation, corrosion resistance, less one-time investment, low maintenance cost, etc.
The prefabricated pump station can be divided into GRP integrated prefabricated pump station and stainless steel integrated prefabricated pump station according to different cylinder materials.
Generally, prefabricated pump station is a prefabricated sewage lift pump station with FRP as the cylinder. Equipment assembly can be completed in the factory, and finished products can be transported to the project site for hoisting in the prefabricated foundation pit.
Prefabricated pump station is made of high-strength FRP cylinder as outer cylinder, and the inner part is composed of sewage pump, self-coupling device, multiple pipeline valves, crushing grid, water inlet and outlet, flange and control box.

Parameters required for procurement of prefabricated pump station:
1. Inflow flow of pump station Q (m3/h), variation coefficient in case of large flow;
2. Quantity and lift of water pump required;
3. Outdoor ground elevation H0 (m), relative elevation ± 0.00 (m) can also be used;
4. External connection diameter DN and elevation H1 (m) of inlet pipe;
5. External pipe diameter of outlet pipe DN and pipe height H2 (m);
6. Internal pipe material: stainless steel SUS304 or hot galvanized pipe fittings;
7. Liquid level sensor, pressure sensor, float ball, acoustic liquid level sensor;
8. Control system, automatic level control, manual control and remote control;
9. Select grating type, basket grating or crushing grating;
