Scope of application

QJB-W sludge reflux pump is a new product developed based on the production technology of submersible mixer. It is a special equipment for mixed liquid reflux and denitrification in the secondary sewage treatment plant, and can also be used for pumping purified water during ground drainage; Irrigation and control waterway systems; Micro-head, high-flow locations where recirculation or mud pumping circuits are required during wastewater treatment.
 

Service conditions

 

1. During continuous operation, the medium temperature shall not be higher than 40ºC;
2. PH value of medium is 6-9.

Introduction to structure

Specially designed plant components and equipment spare parts allow optimum performance of the sludge return pump.
1. Cable: special watertight cable;
2. Junction box: the junction box is fully enclosed and isolated from surrounding liquid and stator box;
3. Motor: 50Hz squirrel-cage 3-phase submersible asynchronous motor, class F insulation, protection class IP68. The motor is cooled by the surrounding medium;
4. Shaft: the shaft of the motor is made of stainless steel, and the rotor is subject to dynamic balance test;
5. Seal: static seal is O-shaped seal ring. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal to separate the oil chamber from the surrounding medium;
6. Bearing: imported bearing with design service life of over 100000 hours;
7. Oil chamber: oil is used to lubricate and cool the friction pair of mechanical seal, and to isolate the penetrating liquid;
8. Impeller: The impeller has three blades, wide and thin, smooth and backward facing surface, efficient, unblocked operation and self-cleaning function;
9. Inlet taper pipe: the purpose of inlet taper pipe is to form the best flow state;
10. Discharge joint: the discharge joint is used to fix the inlet taper pipe on the outlet pipe;
11. Guide: The guide consists of two tubes (catheter) and upper catheter clamp.

Installation

 

1. Proper installation and use is the basic guarantee for the long-term and normal operation of the pump.
2. Sludge return pump adopts automatic coupling installation system, which can quickly lift the equipment for inspection and maintenance without any mechanical disassembly. The installation is convenient and fast.
3. Except that the through-wall pipe of the equipment needs to be embedded, the guide rod and lifting bracket are connected with the tank body with steel expansion bolts, and no embedded parts are required.
4. Embedded parts and flaps shall be purchased and installed by the user, and the user shall pay attention when ordering.
