Product Description

Purpose:
The screw aeration mixer has the function of one machine for two purposes, which can be used for aeration and mixing. It is mainly used for urban domestic sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment and fishpond oxygenation. The machine is applicable to:
1. Suitable water depth 3~M long;
2. Aeration and agitation of SBR biochemical tank;
3. Aerobic aeration and anaerobic agitation for biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal treatment;
4. Activated sludge aeration and agitation;
5. Oxidation pond.

Structure and working process:
The spiral aeration mixer consists of a motor, support, coupling, guide cylinder, spiral blades, and main shaft. It features two groups of spiral blades: one above the water surface and one below. During aeration (forward rotation), the lower blades drive water into the upper blades, which then expel it in a curtain shape, creating a hydraulic jump that introduces air and dissolves oxygen into the sewage. This process ensures extensive contact between sewage and air, promoting effective oxygenation. In stirring mode (reverse rotation), the lower blades circulate water in the pool while the upper blades remain inactive.

Product structure introduction:
The equipment is mainly composed of vertical motor, support, supporting tube, impeller and displacer or fixed support. As shown in the figure:
