GSHP Mechanical Bar Screen with Hooks is used in urban sewage treatment plant, water plant, rainwater pump station and other inlet channels (wells) to automatically intercept and remove the floating debris in the water and ensure the normal operation of the next process.
1. As the bar of the Mechanical Bar Screen is placed in the middle of the drag chain of the rake (other mechanical screen are placed under the drag chain), the movement direction of the rake in the process of cleaning (opposite to other screen) is changed, so as to avoid bringing hard objects to the bottom and blocking the rake and drag chain;
2. Overload safety protection device is installed on the sprocket plate at the output shaft end of the reducer to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload surface due to accident;
3. As the slewing chain of the screen machine is equipped with multiple decontamination rake teeth, the decontamination efficiency is high and the decontamination is complete;
4. Compact structure, simple electrical control and easy automation.
GSHP Mechanical Bar Screen is mainly composed of driving device, frame, main shaft, grid bar, slag supporting plate, tooth rake and traction chain.
Driven by the motor and decelerated by the reducer, the chain wheel and the chain are driven to move. The decontamination rake chain fixed on the slewing chain moves to the bottom behind the screen. After passing through the guide wheel, it is turned to the position facing the water in front of the screen. It continues to move and insert into the gap of the fixed screen. The dirt intercepted in front of the screen is lifted out of the water, and automatically turned over with the movement of the chain to the slag outlet. The dirt is automatically discharged to the conveyor or slag bucket behind the screen to complete the decontamination process. The liquid flows through the gap of the screen. The whole working state is continuous and cyclic.
