When the equipment is in operation, the rotating impeller forms a strong negative pressure zone around it, so as to suck in air. The sucked air is strongly sheared, crushed and emulsified by the rotating liquid at high speed, and the diameter of the air bubble is rapidly reduced, so that the oxygen molecules are quickly and fully diffused from the gas phase to the liquid phase, so as to achieve the best water and gas synthesis. At the same time, the water and gas are pushed forward under the driving force, so that the water and gas are further melted, so as to achieve the purpose of aeration and flow pushing.
TBJ type push-flow mixing aerator can be widely used in printing and dyeing, chemical industry, petroleum, leather, medicine, food, papermaking, textile and other industries in the wastewater treatment and urban domestic sewage treatment.
The working conditions of the product determine the performance and service life of the product. The applicable water temperature of the product is 0°C~45°C. PH value of applicable liquid is 4.5~9.0. Performance parameters are shown in the following table:

The equipment is mainly composed of vertical motor, support, supporting tube, impeller and displacer or fixed support. As shown in the figure:
The aerator is very convenient and flexible in installation, and the following installation methods can be selected according to user needs and site conditions:
1. Floating installation: no additional installation platform is required. Users can directly install the main engine on the displacer configured by our company and fix it with four cables. One end of the cable is fixed on the buoy ring and the other end is fixed on the pool wall.
2. Fixed installation: the installation platform (provided by the user) is required. The base of the main engine shall be directly fixed on the pool wall or fixed frame. The spacing between the two supports shall be ensured according to different specifications and models.
