Product Introduction:
BZS2 series of rotary brush aerator for sewage treatment plant oxidation ditch, its role is to fill the sewage with oxygen, promote sewage circulation flow in the ditch, and prevent the precipitation of activated sludge, so that the sewage and the full mixing of oxygen contact, complete the biochemical process.
Features:
The BZS2 series rotary brush aerator is the second design improved based on the success of the BZS series. The product has the following features:
1) The special spiral bevel-cylindrical gear reducer driven by the vertical motor has a small floor area, convenient process arrangement, and large distance between the motor and the liquid level, thus greatly reducing the impact of sewage mist on the insulation performance of the motor;
2) The tail-bearing structure of the rotary brush aerator is reasonable, and the assembly, inspection, and maintenance are convenient;
3) The rotary brush aerator can be divided into G type and Z type according to the reducer type. G is the footing-mounted type and Z is the shaft-mounted type.
Type G: the drive end of the rotary brush is not provided with a bearing seat, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected with the rotary brush shaft through the coupling; When replacing vulnerable parts and maintaining the reducer, the rotating brush parts shall be provided with additional temporary support; High coaxiality requirements for tailstock and reducer output shaft, troublesome installation and high precision requirements.
Type Z: the drive end of the rotary brush is additionally provided with a bearing seat without coupling; When replacing vulnerable parts and repairing the reducer, the rotating brush parts shall be kept in place; The reducer is easy to install without centering. Low requirements for installation accuracy of the complete machine.
4) The load and oxygen charge can be changed by adjusting the submerged water level through design.
Structure:
BZS2 consists of a vertical motor, spiral cone - cylindrical gear reducer, main shaft, brush blade, tail end bearing seat, lubrication system, and control cabinet, as shown in the figure.
Brush blades are uniformly distributed on the main shaft. The rotary brush rotates rapidly under the drive of the driving device. The brush blades throw water into the air to form a hydraulic jump and full contact with the air. The air is quickly dissolved in the water to achieve the purpose of oxygenation. At the same time, the brush blade can push the flow of water, circulate the water, continuously update the water surface, and put the activated sludge in a suspended state.
