The QXB submersible aerator is used in aeration pond and aeration sedimentation pond of sewage treatment plant to aerate and mix the mixture of sewage and sludge, and perform biochemical treatment of sewage or aeration in aquaculture ponds. The intake air volume is 10~320m3/h, the oxygen increase capacity is 0.37-24kg02/h, the motor power is 0.75-22kW.
Product details:
QXB centrifugal submersible aerator is used in the aeration tank and aeration grit chamber of sewage treatment plant for oxygenation and mixing of mixed liquor of sewage and sludge, biochemical treatment of sewage or oxygenation of pond.
1. High oxygen dissolution rate, large proportion of tiny bubbles, high oxygen charging efficiency and wide oxygen charging area;
2. There is no dead zone in the pool, and the horizontal aeration air with bubbles can completely scour every corner of the pool bottom;
3. Simple and compact structure, long service life of the unit, bearing bearing with large load, shaft seal with oil bath and air suction in impeller chamber to prevent water from contacting with sealing elements during operation, all of which ensure continuous operation of the aerator in 24 hours and long-term trouble-free operation;
4. Save project investment, no air source, no blower, easy installation and low noise;
1.Medium Temperature ≤ 40ºC
2.Liquid Density ≤ 1150kg/m3
3.PH: 5-9
A submersible aerator consists of: submersible electric pump, mixing plate, base, air intake pipe and impeller.
The upper end of the intake pipe is the air intake, located above the water surface, the lower end is connected to the mixing plate, after the power supply is turned on due to the impeller rotation, the high-speed water flows out of the impeller outlet, the negative pressure is formed by the mixing plate, thus the air is sucked in and mixed with the sewage, and the mixture flows out of the outlet, completing the oxygenation of the sewage.
